Please read the following list of questions as there may be an existing one that will aid in your search for answers. If the answer to your question is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact our staff here at Surrey Monuments.

  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    We are walk-in Monday to Friday. However, Saturday’s are by appointment only.

  • What is your turn-around time?

    Typically, it will take about 6-8 weeks for completion of a standard grave marker and 12-16 weeks for customized orders. However, the time frame can be impacted due to a heavy demand in orders.

  • Do you deliver to the cemetery?

    Yes, for a small fee of $60.00-$100.00 plus GST we will deliver the marker to the cemetery.

  • Can you do other languages other than English?

    Yes, we can do other languages provided that the customer can supply the text for us in a PDF format.

  • Will you provide a mock-up for approval?

    Absolutely! Nothing is done on the granite marker or bronze plaque until the provided layout has been approved and signed by you.

  • Do you ship out of town?

    Yes, we can ship your order anywhere in Canada.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    Both of our locations (Surrey and Abbotsford) have showrooms. You are more than welcome to visit either location to view the showrooms and our staff will answer any questions you may have.

  • What method of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cheques, E-transfers and Cash.

  • Is it possible to purchase a marker through Surrey Monument or does it need to have been purchased from a cemetery or funeral home?

    You can most definitely purchase a marker through us, by no means do you need to go through a cemetery or funeral home.

  • Do you do custom artwork?

    Yes, we do.

  • Where is the work done?

    All the work is done at our Surrey Location.
